This website has been in the conceptual stage for a long time, so I am thrilled to see it live! This blog will serve a variety of purposes: getting deep, tugging on the heartstrings, living in the world but not of the world, teasers from my writings, and answering your questions. I hope that each post, no matter the content, serves to empower you or build you up in some way.

Speaking of my opinion, that’s all this blog is. Though I am a licensed therapist and an ordained minister, this is a blog of what I believe to be true—but in no way feel you must fully agree with me on everything. Contained herein are my thoughts based on my experiences through my lens; that being said, it is my hope these entries will help you solidify your own thoughts and perspectives.
